Code of Conduct & Professional Ethics

The standards that govern how we lead, serve, and operate

Effective Date: March 30, 2026  |  Version: 1.0

1. Our Standard

PowerHouse Professionals, LLC operates at the intersection of leadership development, executive coaching, and organizational strategy. This Code of Conduct defines the professional and ethical standards that govern every engagement, every interaction, and every decision we make. These standards are grounded in our POWER™ Leadership Architecture and reflect our belief that how we operate is inseparable from the results we deliver.

2. Core Principles

Presence: Integrity in Every Interaction

We show up with full professional presence. We communicate with clarity, listen with intention, and hold space for candid dialogue. We do not engage in performative coaching, offer advice outside our scope of competency, or misrepresent our qualifications.

Ownership: Accountability Without Exception

We take full ownership of our commitments, our impact, and our professional conduct. When we make mistakes, we name them, correct them, and learn from them. We hold ourselves to the same standard of accountability we teach our clients.

Worth: Honoring the Value Exchange

We price our services to reflect the transformation they deliver. We do not engage in predatory pricing, misleading claims about outcomes, or pressure tactics. We are transparent about what our programs include, what results are realistic, and what investment is required.

Execution: Delivering on What We Promise

We meet our commitments. Deliverables are completed on time, sessions are prepared for, and follow-through is non-negotiable. Our operational discipline matches the strategic excellence we develop in our clients.

Resilience: Sustainable Practice

We model the sustainable performance practices we teach. We do not overcommit, burn out, or sacrifice quality for volume. We maintain the capacity to serve each client with the attention and energy their transformation requires.

3. Client Selection and Engagement Standards

3.1 Who We Serve

We work with high-achieving women in technology who are ready to invest in their leadership development and commit to the identity work required for lasting transformation. Our corporate engagements serve organizations that are genuinely committed to developing diverse leadership pipelines.

3.2 Who We Do Not Serve

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue engagements with individuals or organizations that:

  • Seek surface-level solutions without commitment to substantive development
  • Are unwilling to invest in developing across all five POWER™ dimensions
  • Believe authentic leadership requires sacrificing personal identity or values
  • Demonstrate patterns of disrespect toward our team, processes, or professional boundaries
  • Misrepresent their readiness, authority, or organizational context to secure services

4. Professional Boundaries

  • We maintain clear boundaries between coaching relationships and personal relationships
  • We do not provide therapy, legal advice, or financial planning — we refer to qualified professionals when these needs arise
  • We do not engage in dual relationships that could compromise our professional objectivity
  • We disclose and manage any potential conflicts of interest before they affect an engagement

5. Intellectual Property

The POWER™ Framework encompasses the POWER™ Leadership Architecture, ASCEND™ Career Acceleration Framework, POWER Score™, Invisible Tax Audit™, and all associated methodologies, tools, and content are the proprietary intellectual property of PowerHouse Professionals, LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or derivative use is prohibited.
