Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Commitment
Our position, our practice, and our accountability
Effective Date: March 30, 2026 | Version: 1.0
1. Our Position
PowerHouse Professionals, LLC exists because the leadership pipeline in technology is broken — not because women lack capability, but because the systems designed to develop and advance leaders were not built with them in mind. Our work is a direct response to that structural failure.
We believe that the future of technology depends on diverse leadership at the highest levels. We believe that when women master both strategy and presence, they become unstoppable forces of transformation. And we believe that equity is not a program — it is a practice that must be embedded in every system, conversation, and decision.
2. How DEI Lives in Our Work
2.1 In Our Programs
- ✦Our POWER™ Leadership Architecture and ASCEND™ Framework were designed specifically to address the leadership development gaps that disproportionately affect women in tech
- ✦Our curriculum addresses systemic challenges including the "Invisible Tax" — the hidden cost of navigating workplaces not designed for diverse leaders
- ✦Our coaching methodology accounts for the intersectional experiences of women across racial, ethnic, cultural, and identity dimensions
2.2 In Our Operations
- ✦We seek diverse suppliers, contractors, and partners for our business operations
- ✦We evaluate our marketing, content, and imagery for representation and inclusivity
- ✦We price our services to reflect premium value while exploring financing options (Klarna, Afterpay) to expand access
2.3 In Our Corporate Engagements
- ✦We challenge corporate clients to move beyond awareness training toward structural change in leadership development, succession planning, and performance evaluation
- ✦Our consulting work includes measurable DEI-aligned outcomes tied to the POWER™ framework — not vague commitments, but tracked shifts in decision velocity, communication clarity, retention, and leadership pipeline composition
- ✦We will not partner with organizations that treat DEI as a compliance exercise or that demonstrate a pattern of performative allyship without substantive action
3. Our Accountability
We hold ourselves to the same standard of measurable progress we expect from our corporate partners:
- ✦We track the demographic composition of our client base and program participants
- ✦We review our content, tools, and assessments annually for bias and inclusivity
- ✦We publish our DEI impact as part of our annual ESG reporting
- ✦We actively seek feedback from clients and community members on how we can do better
4. What We Will Not Do
We reject:
- ✦Tokenism in any form — in our marketing, our programs, or our partnerships
- ✦DEI language used as a shield for inaction or to avoid accountability
- ✦Gatekeeping leadership development behind credentials that exclude underrepresented professionals
- ✦Any engagement that asks women to shrink, conform, or abandon their authentic identity to succeed
