  • ✦Application and inquiry data: information submitted through discovery call applications, contact forms, and waitlist registrations

  • ✦Email engagement: open rates and click-through data from marketing communications

We do not sell, trade, or rent personal data.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for service delivery, legal, or accounting purposes:

  • ✦Diagnostic and assessment data: retained for 3 years after the last engagement, unless deletion is requested sooner
  • ✦Marketing contact data: retained until you unsubscribe or request removal
  • ✦Financial records: retained for 7 years as required by U.S. tax law
